In September 2025, Ronovo Surgical closed its Series D funding led by JJDC and announced a collaboration with Johnson & Johnson Medical (Shanghai) Ltd. to integrate Carina® with Johnson & Johnson MedTech’s complementary solutions in Chinese hospitals. Earlier, in June 2024, the company raised $44 million in a Series B round to accelerate commercialization in China and prepare for international expansion.
